At Karamitros A. & Co. 100 % Greek sheep's and goat's milk is collected on a daily basis, from selected farms whose livestock graze freely at the foot of Mount Olympus. Modern methods are used for milk collection in latest technology tanks as prescribed by E.U. legislation. Milk is then transported to our modern privately owned cheese-making facilities where it undergoes quality control by a State certified laboratory to ensure highest product quality. It is then pasteurized and processing begins to produce different products.
